Pastor Drew (& LeeAnn) - Lead Pastor
Rev. Drew Strecker has been a licensed pastor with the Christian & Missionary Alliance since the fall of 2009. He has previously pastored at Risen King Alliance Church and The River of the C&MA both located just outside New York City, and prior to that he pastored at Lilburn Alliance Church and Morrow Vietnamese Alliance Church in Metro Atlanta. His experience includes preaching & teaching; church-planting; development of pastors, lay church leaders, and community leaders; community development; and overseeing small groups, men, and next-generation ministries since 2001.
Drew was born in the mountain city of Quito, Ecuador in South America. He spent his formative years growing up in Nyack, NY, Virginia Beach, VA, and in several large cities in Latin America. He attended Toccoa Falls College in Georgia where he graduated with a B.A. in Biblical Studies and Missions in 2005. In 2016, he received a Masters of
Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary, Nyack, NY. Drew also has fond memories of his years working as an EMT in Atlanta. Most recently he did an internship as a hospital chaplain in Manhattan.
Drew has been married to LeeAnn for 13 years, who has been working as an administrator and adjunct professor at Alliance Theological Seminary & Nyack College in NY. She has a MA in International Leadership and Community Development from Crown College and a BS in Early Childhood Education from Toccoa Falls College. She is also a Consecrated Minister with the Christian & Missionary Alliance.
Pastor Shin (& Rachel) - Church Development Pastor
Both graduates of Nyack Christian College in Nyack, New York, Pastor Shin and Rachel Kang share a passion for helping people grow in their faith, young and old alike. Rachel enjoys writing and blogging on her blog (www.rachelmariekang.com), while Pastor Shin finds joy in tinkering around the house and spending his time at the shooting range working on his aim. Pastor Shin and Rachel are both eager to watch their mission and ministry unfold, as they live out the wonder and the joy of walking in God's will each and every day.
